Settlement Data Oracles (#SDOs) provide settlement data for the peer-to-peer settlement. Executed trades are broadcasted to #SDOs. #SDOs record and calculate the debit and credit relationship between traders. When a trader asks for a settlement, #SDOs provide that information.
